What’s on in Adelaide this August.

As we farewell the winter months and look towards warmer weather in Spring, August in Adelaide provides many occasions to enjoy the warmer weather.

Tuesday 1st – Thursday 31st August – SALA Festival

The South Australian Living Artists Festival is showcasing 660 free exhibitions across South Australia. It is the largest community based visual arts festival in all of Australia.

Wednesday 2nd August – Launch of the Holey Moley Golf Club

After their success in other Australian states, this quirky new bar slash indoor golf putt putt comes to Adelaide. Consisting of a bar, DJ and 18 holes, you are sure to experience some fun!

Saturday 5th – Sunday 6th August – Gathered Market

One of Adelaide’s premier markets which is full of fantastic workshops, food, a bar, and entertainment. Open from 10 am – 4 pm each day at the Queens Theatre, venture on down to see what the local South Australian vendors have to offer.

Saturday 5th August – Jerry Seinfeld at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre

World famous Jerry Seinfeld brings his stand-up comedy act to Australia. Filled with his trademark humour and observations about day-to-day life.

Sunday 6th August – AFL Showdown XLIII at Adelaide Oval

Our two AFL football clubs Adelaide Crows and Port Adelaide face off in an epic showdown in Round 20 at Adelaide Oval. Stop by The Atrium Lounge for pre-game hospitality.

Friday 18th August – QUEEN, it’s a Kind Magic at Thebarton Theatre
