Join us for an evening of succulent seafood and delicious wines at Riverside Restaurant!

Our celebrated Seafood Extravaganza is back, with live oyster shucking and sashimi stations, a two-hour beverage package featuring wines from Hentley Farm and The Lane, and an extensive selection of delectable seafood and enticing desserts.

Indulge in freshly prepared seafood from our live stations, including oysters, sushi, and sashimi Kingfish, Yellow Fin Tuna and Tasmanian Salmon.

Savour the delicate flavours of ice-chilled Spencer Gulf Prawns, Salmon Roe and Rock Lobster, and relish in Barramundi red curry, tender salt and pepper Squid, and zesty seared scallops.

Complete the evening with a delectable tiramisu, pavlova, lemon meringue tart, or mandarin white chocolate mousse.
