Embark on a culinary journey and indulge in a menu that has been crafted with mastery by Chef de Cuisine, Kenny Trinh.

Indulge in award-winning Japanese cuisine, paired carefully with selected museum wines from the cellars of one of the Barossa’s most celebrated winemakers.

David Kalleske and Lynette Collins of Rockford Wines will join Shiki in hosting this very special dinner, to celebrate a much treasured partnership of over 30 years.

Indulge in Wagyu beef tataki and Sashimi selections of Atlantic salmon, Yellowfin tuna, SA Kingfish, prawn and Smoky Bay oyster. Then relish in lobster tail, Hay Valley lamb loin, Wagyu beef sirloin and Tenderloin wagyu beef with broccolini.

Finish with a delicious dark chocolate, raspberry and coconut mousse dome with your choice of tea or coffee.

Featuring a special selection of Rockford wines, you will delight in this diverse showcase of styles.
