Join Shiki for a six-course degustation dinner with six perfectly paired wines from Hentley Farm.

Embark on a culinary journey and indulge in a menu that has been crafted with mastery by Chef de Cuisine, Kenny Trinh. Celebrate award-winning authentic Japanese cuisine with wine’s from one of Australia’s most admired winemakers.

Indulge in Sashimi selections of Atlantic salmon, Yellowfin tuna and SA Kingfish. Then relish in Murray Cod, Chicken and garlic fried rice, Hay Valley lamb loin and Darling Downs Wagyu beef tenderloin.

Finish with a delicious Section 28 Artisan cheese board and your choice of tea or coffee.
