Embark on a culinary journey and indulge in a menu that has been crafted with mastery by Chef de Cuisine, Kenny Trinh. Celebrate award-winning authentic Japanese cuisine with champagnes from one of the world’s most admired winemakers.

Indulge in Sashimi selections of Atlantic salmon, Yellowfin tuna, SA Kingfish, and Smoky Bay oyster. Then relish in scallops, lobster tail, Teppanyaki Atlantic salmon and Clare Valley chicken fillet.

Finish with a delicious dark chocolate, raspberry and coconut mousse dome with your choice of tea or coffee.
