ICC Cricket World Cup 2015

The international world of cricket descended on Adelaide in 2015 when the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 came to town in February and March.

The Adelaide Oval, our riverbank neighbour, hosted a Quarter Final and three pool matches for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015.  Located just a short stroll across the Riverbank Pedestrian Bridge, InterContinental Adelaide was the perfect hotel to base yourself in when attending the cricket world cup. In addition the hotel came alive with a range of unique food and beverage offerings, catering specifically to game day dining.

The Atrium Lounge

The Atrium Lounge had multiple screens so you didn’t miss a ball, along with cricket themed cocktails, such as the Bombay Slinger or Leg Spinner.
