As part of Tasting Australia, the New York Times best-selling author Mark Kurlansky joins us for an intimate dinner in Riverside Restaurant to celebrate his book ‘International Night’. Tasting Australia has been one of Australia’s most anticipated culinary festivals since its beginnings in 1997. It is a culinary journey of South Australia’s local produce from paddock to plate celebrating local icons such as Maggie Beer, Paul Henry and Simon Bryant with the help of international food identities and many more.
