Tasting Australia

Tasting Australia has been one of Australia’s most anticipated culinary festivals since its beginnings in 1997. It is a culinary journey of South Australia’s local produce from paddock to plate celebrating local icons such as Maggie Beer, Paul Henry and Simon Bryant with the help of international food identities and many more.

Perfectly put my Tasting Australia this is a “week-long festival surpasses just eating and drinking to uncover what South Australia’s food scene is all about: crusading local and seasonal produce; promoting its diverse culture, championing premium producers; indulging in a kaleidoscope of tastes and being treated to unforgettable dining experiences.”

Tasting Australia runs from Sunday 1 May to Sunday 8 May 2016.
