Chef de Cuisine Jeffrey Tan is internationally recognised as a master-blender of cuisines. Jeffrey started his cooking for charity initiative 11 years ago, and has helped to raise over $3 million dollars for various charities. He has also cooked for His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Princess of Pahang, Malaysia and a contributor to the Alzheimer’s Australia Charity Dinners. Jeffrey was awarded the Australian Centenary Medal and twice recipient of Australia Day awards for Menzies and Jagajaga.
