Our Executive Sous Chef uses only the best seasonal ingredients and produce, sourced from local suppliers wherever possible to produce tantalising cuisine inspired by some of the most exotic regions around the world.

* Bookings for dinner on Friday and Saturday require a credit card to guarantee your booking. A cancellation fee of $10 per person will apply for all cancellations/amendments within 24 hours of the booked meal period and no shows. For bookings made on the same day, the same cancellation fee will apply 30 minutes after the booking is confirmed.

The Adelaide Convention Centre car park is the closest car park to the hotel, and the maximum daily charge is $29 per vehicle.
Valet parking is available for restaurant guests, and charged at $50.
